CMMI Level 3
OIT is appraised at maturity level 3 of the CMMI institute. CMMI L3 indicates a ‘defined’ level for OIT based on several essential and additional processes that improve and enhance performance. Some of these are, Organizational process performance, Integrated Project Management, etc.
The ISO 27001:2013 accreditation specifies that OIT has clearly defined and continually improving information security management systems within the organization.
ISO 20000-1:2018 is a service management standard. OIT has successfully been certified in this standard with requirements to plan, establish, implement, operate, monitor, review, and maintain service management systems – including design, transition, delivery, and improvement of services. With this standard under our belt, OIT delivers effective managed IT services to our customers.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification indicates that OIT as an organization continually follows the requirements for a robust Quality Management System. OIT consistently demonstrates the ability to deliver products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.
